We take full responsibility for the products delivered to our customers and provide full guarantee of customer payment. Once an order is made, you can be confident that the product will be sent very quickly, guaranteed and in the best quality.

Product quality:
The quality of our product is very important to us. Our products undergo extensive quality testing during production process, packaging and dispatch. This is to ensure a safe and healthy product provided to our customers.

We make the utmost efforts in order for the customer to receive the product ordered on time. There may be delays that cannot be avoided by us such as customs inspections, delays due to holidays, volume shipments of goods in ports.

American Leptin Management reserves the right to compensate a customer due to delay in shipping and depending on the circumstances.

Delivery is free of charge (FOC). If shipment price to a certain country will be higher than the set price, the company may, at any time, cancel the sale or change type of delivery after confirmation of delivery price from customer and according to American Leptin Policy. 

★ Reagrding free delivery, Smart Sense may ask for some extra delivery cost for some long-distance-countries, please be well noticed and confirm before you place the order.

★ Smart Sense shall bear no responsibility for shipment delay or extra charge in the following cases: 

1. The recipient address and zip code are incomplete or incorrect; 
2. The shipment cannot be delivered due to the refusal of the recipient or unknown recipient;
3. The delivery is returned to sender when the local postal office attempted to dispatch several times but failed;
4. The shipment cannot be delivered as scheduled due to the activities of the customs or other similar competent authorities;
5. In case of war, natural disaster and other force majeure.  

Smart sense is irresponsible for any tax caused in the customs. 

Due to different countries have different policies, our express shipping agent may need buyer’s assistance to make customs clearance, if buyer fails to do it and the parcel can’t pass the customs and forced to return back to the seller, the buyer shall pay for the first delivery cost from seller to buyer, and seller shall return the balance as goods value ( after deducting the delivery cost from the payment buyer sent) to buyer as soon as seller received the goods back in their warehouse. Returning goods not later than 40 days.

The company may, at any time, change prices stated in website. The company reserves the right to provide a discount or a certain benefit to the customer.

Please note this VAT does not stand for the VAT in your country customs. It is extra delivery cost we ask for some long distance countries for the difference of the delivery cost expenses.
